Sarah Moncelle is the Researcher/New Media Specialist at Southern Coalition for Social Justice. Her research interests include voting rights, suburban poverty and class segregation, technological repertoires of grassroots community organizing, big data for the social sciences, geovisualization, public participatory GIS, critical and qualitative GIS, and volunteered geographic information (VGI).
