I am so excited to welcome Jivi Saran, Founder of Winds of Change and Mindfulness expert as my next guest on Serving Consciously airing live on Friday October 14 at 12:00 (PST) at www.ctrnetwork.com.

Jivi Saran is a Corporate Consultant with a PhD in Spirituality and an MBA specializing in Leadership. A Master Facilitator of meetings, workshops and retreats, she can prove results in a highly effective way.  She has been known to be an engaging speaker that captivates her audience with her unconventional views on Leadership and High Performance Teams. Her unique spiritual spin on leadership and team development allows her to navigate different challenges and come up with realistic solutions for common (and not-so-common) problems in the workplace.

I encourage you to visit Jivi’s website to get a more in-depth view of the many programs and services offered at https://windsofchange.ca

Personalized Processes

Jivi offers a personalized and tailored approach to creating Mindfulness within organizational structures. Organizational members are asked to complete a survey to determine individual needs prior to training so that material and processes can be developed in ways that contribute to meaningful growth within their work communities.

To capture the essence of mindfulness training at the corporate level, Jivi says:

“Mindfulness training transforms how organizations work from the inside out. Our programs and workshops increase creativity and productivity while reducing stress. Change the way people work and think. We offer comprehensive strategies for companies of all sizes.”

From half-day to full-day workshops, year long programs, and specialized retreats, Jivi offers a multitude of ways to engage organizations in the development of Mindfulness all the while focused on your specialized needs and desires.

A Range of Experiences

Jivi comes with a background in developing Mindfulness practices within the BC medical system and has branched out to include all industries. After all, the essence of mindfulness practice is something that can be of benefit to everyone.

In addition to developing and facilitating workshops for organizations, Jivi offers the Emergenetics Profile, which is designed from a psychometric foundation to give each person an in-depth knowledge of their unique make-up, and provide an understanding of individual attributes.

The information garnered in these profiles can be integrated into workshops to develop greater self-awareness for individuals, enhance team dynamics and communication, and cultivate a greater sense of synergy and connection within the community at large.

This approach is a beautiful example of one of the foundational principles of The Conscious Service Approach and that is the belief that “happy people provide high quality service and ultimately create space for improved outcomes.”

The Holistic Approach

Jivi also provides one-on-one coaching for those interested in more fully integrating their values and deep personal truths into their daily lives.

Jivi’s work and programs are very much holistic in nature so you can expect to be impacted on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level when you engage in a workshop or one-on-one session. As an element of this holistic approach, Jivi also offers an intriguing opportunity for those interested in exploring who they are from an energetic perspective.

Chakra Dance offers just this opportunity:

“Chakra Dance was designed to balance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of being. This revitalizing art form blends free-flowing movements with frequencies of sound that resonate to the vibrations of the seven chakras. Each class runs for 90 minutes, and all activity levels are welcome. Classes can be customized for 9 to 15 people. Learn more about setting up a fun and explorative group activity that taps the heights and depths of human experience.”
